We will come out to your location and host a class onsite.

We can also bring our mats and equipment!

  • We offer a wide range of yoga styles for beginners, intermediated, and advanced students.

  • We bring our props blocks, straps, and bands for workouts focusing on strength training and cardio.

  • Pilates is built on the principles of Pilates, lengthening and strengthening muscles, combined with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The practice is designed to tone core muscle groups while improving cardiovascular functions, and metabolism and increasing flexibility.

  • Gentle Yoga is a gentler style of basic yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.
